Company Reseller Code of Ethics

A reseller agrees to act following the code of ethics, professional and high business standard. A reseller also agrees to avoid any act which can tarnish the reputation, product or marketing opportunity of NKKC Sdn. Bhd. A disciplinary action or termination of resellership can be imposed to a reseller who cheats, exercises unethical standard, rude, misleading, forcing or immoral act.

All resellers must adhere to all policy and procedure. The policy and procedure are designed to safeguard the company’s interest, resellers and customers. Any breach of the policy and procedure are considered illegal and proper action will be taken.

A reseller will not act where negative effect is brought to the product and the company. A distributor is also prohibited from doing unethical business or breach of any laws.

A reseller should not make any written or oral testimonials on NKKC Sdn. Bhd products other than printed by NKKC Sdn. Bhd or approved by NKKC Sdn. Bhd.

No medical claims on any therapeutic or medication on any NKKC Sdn. Bhd. products are permitted unless those which are printed on NKKC Sdn. Bhd.’s brochures or literature. A reseller is prohibited from making any medical claims on the ability of NKKC Sdn. Bhd. product to cure illness etc. Reseller who makes the medical claims on NKKC Sdn. Bhd. products can be suspended immediately.

A false statement on income, potential income, product, and other aspects are prohibited.

A reseller who achieves a status of Gold Director and above are not permitted to join any other MLM companies.

If a reseller tries to sponsor any resellers to another MLM company or business opportunities, their resellership will be terminated. NKKC Sdn. Bhd.’s reseller should not persuade other NKKC Sdn. Bhd.’s resellers to join their organization.

A reseller is not allowed to sell other companies products to another NKKC Sdn. Bhd.’s reseller.

Every reseller is responsible to report on all breach of policy and procedure to the Company.

Company will not take any sides or not bias in enforcing the policy. The company will take appropriate action to enforce the policy and procedure.

The company treated all reports are confidential and ensure that they are correct.

Upon learning the breach of policy, reseller should inform the person who breach the policy and ensure that the person understand the consequences of breaching.

If they understand and agree to abide to the policy the company may not be notified unless the breach is profoundly serious.

If the person who breaches the policy refuses to cooperate, the reseller should report to the company in writing, stating the policy that has been breached. The letter must be signed by the reseller who reported this matter. All information is strictly confidential. The company will not reveal the person who makes the report.

When the company receives any report, action will be taken following the procedure. All parties will be given a chance to voice out their reason, either in writing or face to face. Result will only be arrived after all facts are carefully studied. All concern parties will be informed on the action taken.

If a reseller breaches the NKKC Sdn. Bhd. policy and procedure or any laws, the company will suspend the resellership or terminating depending on the seriousness of the breach.

The reseller who breaches the policy will be informed on action taken against him in writing.

Company will send a suspension notification to a reseller by fax, registered mail or courier to the last registered address, notifying the basis of his suspension together with the date and duration of the suspension.

Reseller will be given 30 days from the date of the letter for their defense and consideration. Any appeal should be received by NKKC Sdn. Bhd. within 30 days. If the appeal is unsuccessful, a termination will be served effective from suspension date.

Any result from the appeal will be notified by writing.

Depending on the seriousness of the offence, a resellership can be terminated without sending in any official letter. The company will later send in a letter informing on the decision. The reseller cannot contact other resellers and attend any reseller meeting or company activities.

The reseller who is terminated cannot register to be a reseller with the company in future.
