NKKC Sdn. Bhd. is a direct selling company which provides its products to consumers via independent resellers. The policy and procedures outlined in this document are for all resellers.

1. Company Name

   Company name, trademark and logo can only be used upon written approval. The company name permitted in name cards, letter head or any printed material must always include “Independent Reseller”

2. Confidential Information

   Confidential information on reseller’s organization or downline is for upline resellers only. The information could not be used for other purposes other than permitted by NKKC Sdn. Bhd. and should not be revealed to third party.

3. Organizational Information

   All organizational reports produced by NKKC Sdn. Bhd. (i.e. reward points, downline report, commission statement, e.t.c) are NKKC Sdn. Bhd.’s property and resellers are prohibited from disseminating the information.

Reseller Terms and Conditions

1. Reseller

   A reseller is a person who has submitted the Reseller Agreement and accepted by the company. Company has all the rights to accept or decline anyone from becoming a reseller. Reseller is an independent person and not an employee, agent or partner in NKKC Sdn. Bhd.

2. Term and Condition to become a reseller

   A prospect must fill in the Reseller Agreement form together with Annual Renew Reseller Fee. NKKC Sdn. Bhd. must receive an original agreement form completed with signature and dated without any amendments on it.

3. Reseller ID and Security PIN

   The reseller ID, reseller password and Security PIN is as per the email sent to the Reseller after online registration. The Reseller Password and Security PIN are confidential and should not be revealed to third party at any time.

4. Annual Renew Reseller and Platform Fee

   An Annual Renew Reseller and Platform Fee needs to be paid to NKKC Sdn. Bhd. for the continuation as active reseller and using NKKC online platform to make sales and generate reports. The annual fees must be paid on the anniversary of his resellership

5. Minimum Age

   A person must be 18 years old to become a reseller.

6. Second Resellership

   No NKKC Sdn. Bhd. reseller either individually or company is allowed to have second resellership.

7. Spouse

   The spouse to the reseller can only be sponsored by the reseller as his direct downline.

8. Changes in Resellership

   The company has all the rights to approve the changes on the business name or partnership or company. All changes should be requested in writing before approval.

9. Resellers Information

   It is the responsibility of the reseller to inform NKKC Sdn. Bhd. on any update of particulars on his/her resellership i.e. name, address and telephone numbers. All changes should be in writing and must reach NKKC Sdn. Bhd. at least 30 days before changes can be effected.

10. Inheritance

    Upon death of a reseller, the rights, commission and responsibilities will be transferred to the next of kin upon written application together with proof and documents and approval from the company.

11. Cancellation

    The Reseller Agreement can be cancelled at any time and reason by the reseller. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Company.

12. Commission Payment and Commission Report

    Commission calculation is based on daily basis and the commission payout is based on weekly basis, which is on every Friday. The total commission will be reflected on respective reseller’s e-wallet, which can be accessed on NKKC website by logging into respective account. A reseller can also check on respective sales report and commission report on the account. The NKKC Sdn. Bhd. online system will keep all your order/purchased data and your downlines.

    • i. if a reseller resigned or being terminated, NKKC Sdn. Bhd. has the rights to stop any commission or other payments.
13. Tax

    All local income tax requirements will be observed.

14. Selling of the status and resellership

    A reseller cannot sell, give or transfer the status and resellership to another third party in any circumstance. NKKC Sdn. Bhd. has the right to deactivate the reseller account if the conduct stated above is found.

15. Customer Complain

    A reseller must respond to any complaints by his/her customers as soon as possible and take all necessary steps to assist the customers.

Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor’s Responsibilities

   A sponsor must train, motivate and help their downlines. These may need continuous communication and supervision. A sponsor must be responsible to give leadership training and promote NKKC Sdn. Bhd. products. Any action of a sponsor to another sponsor, which is against the policy are deemed as breach of policy. A reseller must come out with evidence on any breach of policy to NKKC Sdn. Bhd.

   A sponsor must always adhere to all NKKC Sdn. Bhd. terms and conditions and the government law.

2. Change of Sponsor

   Change of sponsor is strictly prohibited. Change of sponsor can only be entertained if the reseller resigned for 6 months and register as a new independent reseller.

3. Sponsor’s Dispute

   NKKC Sdn. Bhd. will not be a medium in any sponsor’s dispute. If two Reseller Agreements received from the same reseller, the first received agreement by NKKC Sdn. Bhd. will be entertained. All new resellers have the rights to choose their sponsor.

Purchasing and Selling Products

1. Product Purchase

   A reseller must purchase all products directly from the company.

2. 7 days cooling off period

   A 7 days cooling off period will be extended to consumers/customers for products purchased worth RM300.00 and above.

   Consumers/resellers who wish to return or exchange any goods can do so with good reason and proper documentation. Resellers who wish to exchange the returned products must submit the original customer receipt together with the product and completed forms.
